Policies

A deposit of $500 reserves the date of your event...refundable up to two week's prior to the date of your event.
Sales tax, rentals & serving staff are additional charges. *If you represent a tax exempt organization, please submit a copy of your tax-exempt letter or certificate.
Insurance - If you have a special recipe or dish, we'd be more than happy to prepare that for your event. Our insurance will not allow us to serve any perishable foods not prepared by us for your event.
Final guest count is due one week prior to your event. After that point, the count may go up but never down.
Final payment is due the day of the event........exceptions to the final payment due: Weddings in which three quarters of the bill is paid in full one week prior to the event and the final, remaining balance is paid the day of the wedding.
