Frozen & Assembled Meals: Choose 4, 8 or 12 Meals . Each meal serves 6 adult people. You can request meals made into smaller sized portions for a nominal fee, not a problem!!! Don't like onions? No problem! I'll customize the meals. These are all made-from-scratch meals that I take great pride in putting my name on!

How Does this Work?

Tammy prepares your selections for you so you don't have to!!! Allow me to make mealtime stress-free & hassle-free for you! No grocery list, no chopping, shopping, slicing or dicing, no worries on what to make for dinner!!!! Simply select the menu & then call or email me your choices! Once you get the meals…place them in your freezer until the day before you’re ready to make them, then place in your fridge to thaw and simply follow the instructions on the tin for baking the dish in the oven or crock-pot! It’s really that simple!

Tammy's Beef Lasagna - My 2nd most requested meal!!! 3 layers of luscious noodles in a "red sauce" with special Italian seasonings and 3 types of cheeses. Comes with complimentary garlic biscuits/bread.

Pepperoni-Pasta Bake - If you're looking for a meal that will go over well with kids---pick this one! Prepared using 1 lb of 90% lean ground beef, pasta, red sauce, mozzarella cheese & pepperoni slices.

"No Peek Chicken Casserole" - 6 chicken breasts on a bed of your choice of white or brown rice (Please specify when placing your order), mushroom soup and special seasonings. You bake in the oven for 2.5 hours, covered & No Peeking! Comes with a 10 oz bag of frozen broccoli. This is one of my favorite dishes. The chicken is incredibly tender after cooking that long in the oven!

Sloppy Joes - Prepared using 90% lean ground beef.
2 lbs (8 servings) of sloppy joes. Comes with your choice of white or whole wheat hamburger buns and a 14 oz bag of Classic Chips!

Cheesy Hash Browned Potato Bake - This recipe features shredded frozen hash browns, chopped onions, cream of chicken soup, special seasonings, shredded Cheddar cheese with a crushed corn flake & melted butter topping. Yummy!!! Perhaps...you'll want to pair this dish up with my meatloaf?

Tammy's Meatloaf - This recipe features 2 lbs of 90% lean ground beef with special seasonings that you bake in the oven. Turns out very moist. Comes with a special tangy ketchup topping (You can request this to come on the side if you have picky eaters. No problem!).

Parmesan Chicken Breasts - 6 Parmesan crusted chicken breasts that you finish off in the oven. Comes with a complimentary box of potatoes.

Pork Chops 'n Stuffing - 6 browned and seasoned bone-in chops with homemade stuffing and mushroom soup.

Chicken Noodle Hot Dish - A "no-fuss" dinner guaranteed to please the entire family. This dish features cooked wide egg noodles, sauteed onions, celery and carrots with special seasonings, chopped cooked chicken and cream of chicken soups.

Moist Garlic Chicken - This recipe features 6 seasoned chicken breasts that you finish off in the oven. Comes with complimentary side of frozen broccoli.

French Dips - This recipe features 4 lbs of beef bottom round roast with marinade & special seasonings. Pre-cooked--all you do is re-heat and eat. Comes with a side of Au Jus for dipping and your choice of wheat or white hoagies.

Beef Chili - All you need to do is thaw this dish and re-heat it over the stove-top. 1 gallon. Complimentary box of cornbread mix!

Chicken Noodle Soup- This recipe features cooked, cubed chicken, sliced carrots, chopped celery & onions, chicken broth, parsley and seasonings. Just thaw and re-heat over the stove-top. 1 gallon. Complimentary dinner rolls.

Spaghetti Pie Casserole - 1 lb of lean ground beef, seasoned with special Italian seasonings, chopped onions, red sauce, pepperoni slices, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Very tasty! Complimentary bag of lettuce salad.

Swiss Cheese & Stuffing Chicken Breast Casserole - 6 Chicken breasts in a casserole with stuffing, Swiss cheese, cream of chicken soup and more. Complimentary bag of frozen, cut corn.

Chicken Pot Pie - Generous chunks of tender chicken, cream of chicken soup with mixed veggies and a top crust. Very popular with kids! Complimentary dinner rolls.

Vegetable Beef Soup - 1 gallon. Features beef stew meat, sliced carrots, celery and chopped onions, beef broth and special seasonings. Just thaw and re-heat over the stove-top. Complimentary dinner rolls.

Chicken Wild Rice Soup - 1 gallon. Features tender chucks of chicken, chopped carrots, celery, onions, chicken soup base, half-n-half, wild rice and seasonings. Just thaw and re-heat over the stove-top.

Minestrone Soup - 1 gallon. Tender chunks of cubed beef, special seasonings, sliced carrots, tomatoes, beef broth, chopped celery, macaroni shells, red kidney beans and more. Just thaw and re-heat over the stove-top. Complimentary dinner rolls.

Unfried Chicken - 1 whole chicken fryer - cut up and coated with egg white and dipped in a special seasoning mix with flour and coated in corn flake crumbs. This chicken is baked and not fried. Complimentary box of potatoes.
