annual Christmas Dinner for the Big Lake Lions. Tammy was so easy to work
with, even with all of our changes and adjustments right up to just two
days before our event.
She was able to provide a great catered meal for almost 40 people and keep
within our budget! Even though our budget was limited, Tammy never
limited the food in quality or quantity. I watched several members return
to the buffet line again and again.

The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office and the Elk River Police Department hosted a Crime Free Multi-Housing Training on October 8, 2009 and used Innovative Catering Solutions, LLC to cater the lunch for approximately 30 participants and presenters. Tammy provided wonderful customer service offering various menus to choose from and timely follow through during the decision process. The quality of food was great. The lasagna and cake like brownies had a definite homemade taste to them. Tammy took care of all of the set up and clean up for the buffet area. Lasagna Menu a Great Hit!
Innovative Catering Solutions, LLC recently catered a graduation party for our three college graduates. It was quite a full day and I was relieved to be able to hire someone who would take the dinner portion and run with it. Tammy did an excellent job of this. Arriving on time, setting up, communicating well, and being social with the guests, Tammy served a beautitul meal that included lasagna, both beef and vegetable, salad, corn, and bread. All the guests let me know how good the food was, and I myself fell in love with the veggie lasagna as Tammy had included various vegetables that blended wonderfully together with her tasty tomato sauce. Tammy was very efficent and professional in how she handled herself and the meal, and when it came to any leftovers, she made sure they were well packaged and ready to be stored for our future use. Potato Salad As Good As Grandpa's
Tammy recently catered my grandson's graduation party in Big Lake. The ultimate compliment was paid to her. "That is the closest anyone has ever come to Grandpa's potato salad." Graduation
Innovative Catering Solutions took care of my first child's high school graduation. We had 100+ people and she came up with an awesome menu.
