For 10 Months Now I've Been Using Innovative Catering Solutions. I have used this caterer for several business events, family get-togethers, receptions, and two graduations. Tammy Torborg was not only professional but her talent as a caterer is superior. All of her food is delicious and I was pleasantly surprised that there was no job too large or too small for her; I have had both large and small events. At our seminar we had a lot of people who like to eat healthy. Tammy pulled it off. Out of 26 people every single one gave the meal, presentation and professionalism a "10". Lasagna Menu a Great Hit!

Innovative Catering Solutions, LLC recently catered a graduation party for our three college graduates. It was quite a full day and I was relieved to be able to hire someone who would take the dinner portion and run with it. Tammy did an excellent job of this. Arriving on time, setting up, communicating well, and being social with the guests, Tammy served a beautitul meal that included lasagna, both beef and vegetable, salad, corn, and bread. All the guests let me know how good the food was, and I myself fell in love with the veggie lasagna as Tammy had included various vegetables that blended wonderfully together with her tasty tomato sauce. Tammy was very efficent and professional in how she handled herself and the meal, and when it came to any leftovers, she made sure they were well packaged and ready to be stored for our future use. Being able to be free to socialize with guests and not worry about the dinner confirmed my choice in hiring Innovative Catering Solutions. Thank you, Tammy, for helping to make our day be successful! Potato Salad As Good As Grandpa's

Tammy recently catered my grandson's graduation party in Big Lake. The ultimate compliment was paid to her. "That is the closest anyone has ever come to Grandpa's potato salad." Grandpa, who died at age 98, was famous near and far for his potato salad which has never been duplicated - until now. All of the food was delicious, presentation was great, and she did an excellent job of keeping the buffet area clean and well stocked. We really appreciated having Tammy at our daughter's graduation party. We did not have to worry about anything and had time to visit with our guests. The food was excellent and the chocolate fountain was a party favorite.

Innovative Catering Solutions does a fabulous job for our company, AJ's Complete Automotive in Elk River. Innovative Catering Solutions provides cookies for our customer every week and our customers get to enjoy them when they wait for an oil change, brake job or A/C recharge. Innovative Catering Solutions provided catering services for our Open House this Spring. Innovative Catering Solutions prepared, delivered, set up and served the food for our Open House. The service was fantastic! Innovative Catering Solutions were on time, prepared, easy to work with and the food was, of course, fantantic! Our company has also used Innovative Catering Solutions for pre-made meals and delivered box lunches. Innovative Catering Solutions provided box lunches for one of our Commercial clients and they were very impressed with the food. The pre-made meals were just as impressive. Easy to prepare and wonderful to eat. I would recommend Innovative Catering Solutions highly for any catering event large or small you may be planning! Innovative Catering Solutions catered a 'girls night out' event at my house and Tammy was wonderful. She made our mouths water with the delightful cookies and scrumptuous cheesecake! Her professionalism shined from the beginning to the end. I would recommend her to anyone that I know!! Thank you so much Tammy!
Graduation

Innovative Catering Solutions took care of my first child's high school graduation. We had 100+ people and she came up with an awesome menu. We had appetizers, a main meal (lasagna), desserts, veggies, and fruit. The trays were always full and no one went home hungry. Everyone loved the food and best of all I got to relax and spend time with family and friends instead of running around cooking. Tammy did all the set up, and the clean up too. The price was affordable and I have no complaints and can't wait to use her again. Thanks Tammy!! Janet

I sell advertising for KLCI-FM, "Bob-106" Radio, and I used to just buy a box of donuts at the grocery store to serve during my Sales Presentations. Now, we hire Innovative Catering Solutions to "cater" the appointment with our potential clients and this is a great way to really impress a customer! Picking up a box of donuts is a thing of the past for me. Innovative Catering Solutions took care of my teams banquet with ease. They served 110 guests and the lines to go back for seconds appeared in no time. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly. We will use Innovative Catering Solutions again and again.

Pie pie me oh my!

I had the pleasure of working with Innovative Catering for their pies during a wedding with my event planning side of my business. My client wanted to have a pie buffet for their halloween ball and the pies were simply amazing! Tammy and Innovative were on time with their delivery and the freshness of the product was very noticed. All the guests came back for 2nd's and 3rd's! I have had food from this catering services at several events, two were at teh Elk River Arena for different things. the food was prepared and displayed beautifully and the chocolate fountain with friut was great. There were planty of options, all the food was fresh and highest quality. She also provides a great cookie tray at different dealerships and one is where I get my own care repaired. It's nice to have a treat while waiting for service. The carmael apple pie is the best I have ever had. You will not be disappointed with using Innovative Catering Solutions. Ginny Geagan

I had the opportunity to enjoy a dinner that Tammy catered for a business meeting recently. I thought that she did a great job with the meal. She was very professional and the meal was very good, with some nice selections to choose from.

Tammy is very efficient and friendly. She's willing to work with you and your budget if at all possible. Her food is very tastey. I've used her numerous times and have had satisfaction each and every time. We also used her at my job for a Holiday party for 100 people - no complaints from anyone.

Breakfast meetings every Tuesday with catering by Innovative Catering Solutions, has changed our Idea of skipping breakfast. Great food with friendly service. Food is always Hot and fresh. Tuesday mornings are now started off with a great breakfast and it helps us to stay focused with a good meal in our stomach. I would recomend them for any business meeting. Deb Thatcher, ACE Sales

Tammy's desserts are incredible! As soon as I tasted her chocolate chip cookies I knew that they would be a wonderful housewarming gift for my Real Estate clients - and they have been a huge hit, especially since she delivers them warm - yum! She catered our Christmas open house with more of her delectible treats, and our guests raved about them! When I want great food, she is the gal I 'll call every time!

I had Innovative Catering Solutions cater a Wellness Event and gave instrution as to what I was looking for. They came up with an excellant and healthy menu. Everyone that attended raved about the food. They alos catered other events at our company and again the food was outstanding. I will definately use the service again.

Is there not enough time in your day?? I know there isn't enough in mine. I met Tammy last week and fell in love with her frozen meal plan. It has helped so many working mothers still get a homecooked meal to their family. I own a Cleaning Buisness and offer 5 meals with a clean house what a great thing to come home to..
